Many of you responded to surveys regarding cellular service and we took your needs into account in designing our first offerings, outlined here. Thank you so much for your help.
TelAlaska Cellular recently visited your community to replace SIM cards in all TelAlaska Cellular phones. If we missed you at our community event please contact our office at your earliest convenience to make arrangements for a new SIM card for your phone(s). A final cutover for your area has been planned for January 9, 2012. Any phones without a new SIM card will no longer work on TelAlaska Cellular’s network after that date.
Customers who have met initial contract service requirements and are signing a new two-year contract will receive a new cell phone, absolutely free, compliments of TelAlaska Cellular. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience this change-over may cause.
